Canada for 2012.
The SPA on King has been recognized for excellence in the health and wellness industry by receiving the Top 50 Spas in Canada spAWARD.

The “best of” spAWARDS were created to highlight the success and
accomplishments of the top names in the industry. Striving to act as a guide
for consumers, the spAWARDS categories were designed to help facilitate
informed decisions when choosing a spa or health and wellness center.
The 2012 Canadian winners were selected from a pool of more than 500 potential nominations. Criteria for the awards include website creativity, ease in booking appointments, online reservations, gift cards or loyalty programs, innovative spa treatments, unique marketing programs and overall guest satisfaction.
Nominations for the spAWARDS are accepted from May through December, with winners announced in February and March.

The spAWARDS was founded by John McDonald, COO of Book4Time in 2010. This year marks the

The SPA on King has been serving Durham region since 2005. We offer RMT from Tuesday through Saturday, and Esthetic services from Thursday to Saturday. We proudly feature the Clayton Shagal and Laboratoire Dr.Renaud skin care lines. Each guest receives our individual attention. Our circa 1923 spa building was once the home to Oshawa’s Cutler family. It is an honour for us to maintain and preserve this beautiful old historical home in our glorious city, which we share with another local business, Victory Cigars.

Julie Crawford
Registered Massage Therapist
Julie Crawford is our full time RMT, and she is available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment. Julie specializes in therapeutic massage in all departments; sports, pre-natal, hot stone to Swedish, and of course the most basic and enjoyable aromatherapy relaxation massage. We provide signed insurance statements.
Marie Godley
Registered Massage Therapist
Marie is our part time Registered Massage Therapist. She can offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatment. Marie is here each Wednesday between 3 and 9pm.
