Self Love Manifesto: A Creative WorkShop for Women
Make your own “self-love manifesto”! This is your chance to join in on this fabulously creative workshop for women, at The Spa on King.
“What is your heart truly hungry for?
How have you stepped closer to JOY in the past week?”
Using writing exercises, glitter glue and beautiful paper…this WORKSHOP will invite participants to explore the role of pleasure in their lives, and how to invite more of it in. Bring a pen to write with and a big, open heart.
This FREE workshop at The SPA on King will be hosted by popular facilitators Danette Relic (pictured right) of Radical Creative Sanctuary and Chris Kay Fraser (pictured left)of Firefly Creative Writing. It’s all happening on February 16th, 2012 between 7pm and 8:30pm. This is a cost-free workshop.
What’s To KNOW:
1. Simply call the spa at 905-743-0006 or email gillian@thespaonking.com , and reserve your seat.
2. If you cannot make it, please allow adequate time to cancel and let us know.
3. Wear loose, comfy clothing.
4. Bring your favourite pen.
5. Leave your stress at the front door upon entering; post-workshop you will have a hard time finding it again so you may as well just let it go.
6. Come prepared to flex your creative muscles and do something absolutely lovely for yourself.
7. Tea, water and coffee will be complimentary.
